Spain scraping the bottom of the barrel in their anti-Gibraltar campaign

With the Spanish foreign ministry scraping the bottom of the barrel to see what else they can find to hurl at Gibraltar in their anti-Gibraltar campaign, they have now expressed concern about the Borders and Coastguard Agency - which goes back to GSD days!
This new agency was enacted last November, and the Spanish ministry has now reacted, which shows to what extent they are simply trying to knock the Rock.
It is obvious that this has nothing to do with who is in power in Gibraltar and who is not. In fact, the question of territorial waters was elevated to new heights in the days when both the GSD in Gibraltar and the PSOE in Spain were in power.
Thus, it should not be a question of party politics in Gibraltar. Given that this is a concerted Spanish attack on Gibraltar, the Government and Opposition in Gibraltar should adopt a line of unity to defend Gibraltar.
